Parent Coaching

Parenting is THE hardest job. It is round the clock, day and night. You often do not get acknowledged or appreciated for it. But you do it every day. And although watching your little ones grow it is the most rewarding, it can also be the most challenging, tiring and frustrating experience, leaving you depleted of energy and feeling defeated.

One to One Sessions for Parents

Parent coaching offers support, new perspectives, a plan to move forward and a variety of tools helping parents create fulfilling and meaningful lives for themselves as well as their children. Positive Discipline Tools will allow you to address the challenges in a way that help you assist your child in acquiring the life skills you want for him/her.

Workshops
